Crane Girl not allowed on rooftops; now wondering where she will party this summer

Crane Girl not allowed on rooftops; now wondering where she will party this summer

If you're in #Toronto then you were on crane-watch yesterday morning, after a 23-year-old thrill-seeker/woman with a death wish decided to climb a tall ass crane around 3:30 a.m. She gives new meaning to "Going up on a Tuesday"... (Seriously couldn't have planned a better pun if I tried. You're welcome.)

As you may know, Toronto is a great place to find cranes. The crane count was at around 180 back in 2014...according to this extremely (random) reputable source.

The girl's friend said the crane-climber just likes adventures... but maybe this was a step too far? Like maybe if you like adventures plan a trip? Go skydiving? But what do I know? Obviously I'm boring because I don't climb cranes.

Also that is NOT a satisfactory response.

Me: Why did this person *CLIMB A CRANE*?

Friend of Crane Girl: She like...loves to climb!

Crane Girl was in court Thursday, as reporters and cameraman scrambled to catch a glimpse of Toronto's fave climber (other than this lil raccoon who got trapped on the Star building). She was released on $500 bail and was forbidden from going on rooftops.

Wait what.... like maybe if she'd known that would be part of her punishment she wouldn't have pulled this stunt right before patio season in Toronto, which only lasts, like, a week.
